The facility absorbs 5 areas: retail store, training, administration, technical service workshop and storage area. In this case, architecture imitates mining: implementing precise drilling in an existing cave system, exploiting the light of day to the fullest, opening visual relationships and facilitating circulation. Due to shortage of natural lighting and exhibition space in the front, the store becomes its own showcase. The organization by platforms creates a continuous space that steps down from the street level to the inside ground level. Each platform has a transparent and back-illuminated showcase showing a commercial area that is covered by the company with its service. A suspended glass container-classroom in the center of the premises works as a natural separator between the public and the administrative area without cutting the visual continuity of space. The administrative area and the workshop receive indirect daylight thanks to the skylights above the suspended ceiling elements: the walls are flooded with light. This, together with the continuity of the fluorescent tube lines, creates a sense of transparency throughout the premises.
